CL monster concept: Mite

This is my first bit of artwork based on my Code Lyoko fanfiction: Rebooted

This is based on chapter 3: Blackout ([link]). This isn't even really an artwork based on it, so much as it is simply a description of a new monster that was introduced in the chapter.

Life Points: 70-90
Attack Damage: 10-30
Weapon: Low power energy field (similar to Aelita's but much weaker.

The Mite is one of the weakest monsters on Lyoko, but due to it's size, it is difficult to hit and can move quickly. Odd named it "Mite" for the reason that they are as annoying as most insects yet "fun" to hunt and kill. Their only known power is a yellow/orange energy field that fires from their head. A Mite will bend far backwards as its head begins to glow bright orange, and then flick their body and send the ball of energy flying. Oddly enough this attack is extremely weak and never causes any serious damage. The Mites are usually only pilot-fish and fight alongside a much larger monster, i.e. a Krabe, Megatank, etc mainly to be an inconvenient distraction. That being said they tend not to fight alone, if one is caught by itself it can be rather "suicidal" as Odd calls it, i.e. jumping straight off of the platforms. The eye of X.A.N.A. is on it's head.
